Customers may return eligible equipment within 35 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, provided the machine remains unused, unmodified, and in original condition.

- Machine must be in original condition
- All attachments shown in the product listing must be included
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
- Used, damaged, or modified equipment may not qualify for a refund
Warranty & Free Spare Parts
Products include manufacturer warranty coverage that may vary from 1 to 5 years depending on the product and manufacturer terms.
During the warranty period, free replacement parts may be provided for eligible warranty-covered issues.
Free Return Shipping
Approved returns include free return shipping handled through our logistics process. Return instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
Shipping & Buyer Protection
We ship only within the USA. Customers select Free Ground Shipping or Priority Shipping at checkout; Priority Shipping is a flat $599.00 per order. Applicable shipping options and charges follow the terms shown before order completion.
